What Metrik is, and is not

Tools that help

Every licensed sportsbook offers responsible-gaming controls: deposit, wager, and time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. If you need a break, use them. Many states also run voluntary self-exclusion programs that block you from regulated betting for a set period. Metrik supports and encourages the use of these tools.
