Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Metrik (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us at support@metrik.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid tiers (Analyst, Sharp, Agent) renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion, typically only for duplicate or erroneous charges.

5. User content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit (mock drafts, posts, scout reports, annotations). By submitting content, you grant Metrik a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content to operate the Service.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Service to place or facilitate illegal wagers.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Metrik and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Metrik trademarks or logos.

7. Third-party data and betting

Metrik surfaces analytics, mechanical grades, and prop context. We do not accept, facilitate, or guarantee wagers. Odds and market data are provided by third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate. Any betting decisions are your own responsibility; gamble only where legal and within your means.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metrik disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metrik's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Metrik is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
